I am a pitiful blogger

Title spells it out...been since late Oct that I have updated my workouts...just getting lazy. Today my left ear hurts again. This has been a recurring issue for several years. Docs cannot figure it is not an infection. I think it is a form of migraine due to stress. I really have not been overstressed until I have to deal with my oldest child. So when he graduates and goes to college, maybe my ear will quit hurting as much as my wallet will be hurting ;-)

Thrusters right arm
Thrusters left arm
"One-hand" pull-up right arm (left hand grabs the right wrist)
"One-hand" pull-up left arm (right hand grabs the left wrist)

This is a stupidly hard workout. No way in heck I can do a 1 arm pullup with 60#. I don't think I can do regular pullups with 60#...crazy!
