ATE a big meal at lunch...did not run, ATE a smaller dinner...did not run. Trying to decide if I want to do a local organized bike ride tomorrow. If I do, then I will do the metric century and call it a day. Riding a hundred miles with little riding lately leads to disaster or a bad day. I still want to feel good at the end of the day so I will do a mere 64-ish and then head to the house. Gotta deal with the lawn, got either army worms or some sort of fungus really working in some area of my front lawn...so I will mow, then spread some anti-bug, anti-fungus and then feed it some fertilizer. Great lawn service that I pay $50 a month.
